4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy or cryptocurrency. Prices are displayed in USD ($) and are one-time payments unless otherwise specified.

No Refunds: Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, all sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate system specifications and information
• Create backups of your data before applying any optimizations
• Use the provided files only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not redistribute, resell, or share the custom files with others

While we strive to provide significant performance improvements, results may vary depending on your specific hardware configuration, software environment, and usage patterns. We do not guarantee specific FPS increases, latency reductions, or other performance metrics.

8. Limitation of Liability

Evolve Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, system instability, or hardware issues arising from the use of our Services. You acknowledge that system optimization involves inherent risks and agree to back up your data before applying any changes.

Primary support is provided through Discord. By purchasing our Services, you agree to join our Discord server for delivery and support purposes. Response times may vary but we aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
